How reliable is AI?


Well, here’s an example of what I believe to be un-manipulated text. A mistake ‘lost in translation’. Taken from a Dutch daily newspaper. Translated via Googe Lens


Easy mistake to make and spot. Spectacle does not equal bacon. Much like the 'tree octopus' this is an example of where the inaccuracies are easy to spot. Often, they're experty written and crafted. Much like fission, water, food security and air pollution, we rely on the trust in society to enable acceptance and adoption of these technologies.


And, when it comes to language and accuracy across cultures, it represents significant challenges, particularly when a source is not trusted.
